REAL Kids Camp: Fun and confidence in the water

Just in time for the upcoming Summer season....

REAL Waterpsorts, ranked by Outside Magazine as one of the “Top 10 Adventure Camps in the World”, has just released their new REAL Kids Camp program. Kids from ages 7 to 12 years old will learn the sports of kiteboarding, surfing and standup paddleboarding, while being schooled on the water safety topics of rip currents, wind strength/direction, surf conditions and more. If you’ve always wanted your child to have a strong knowledge and confidence level around the water, this is the program to enroll them in.

REAL Kids Camps are held weekly, beginning June 22nd, and run 3 full days, from 10am until 4pm. The price per child is $495, which includes lunch each day provided by MOJOs Sunset Café.

REAL Kids Coaches
When it comes to all of our water programs, safety is priority number #1. Here are just a few of the coaches we have chosen to head up the REAL Kids Camp program based on their impressive backgrounds with children, watersports and water safety:

Stan Radev : REAL Head Coach. Professional Watersports coach for 14 years. Stan runs the number #1 Watersports Lesson Center in the world and will be personally overseeing the REAL Kids Camp program every week.

Sam Bell : REAL International Kiteboarding Team Member. REAL Head Surf Coach. Professional Watersports coach for 10 years. Sam has led our team with a focus on teaching younger athletes and showing them the great opportunities available in our sports.

Ed Tack : Full time teacher at Cape Hatteras School. Professional Watersports coach for 5 years. Ed is one of our most requested private lessons coaches for students of all ages.

Jessie Kilgour : Professional Watersports and Snowsports coach for 6 years. Member of the Chicamacomico Banks Water Rescue Squad. When it comes to kids on the water, Jessie has a huge following. Her demeanor and teaching style keep it fun and productive all day.

Justin Souter : Professional Watersports coach for 10 years. #1 ranked REAL Zero 2 Hero Coach for past 3 seasons. Avon Fire Department Volunteer Firefighter.
